Business Development Executive

Lightblack is a well-established digital technologies firm with over 18 years of experience delivering high-quality websites, e-commerce solutions, custom web applications, SaaS platforms and digital marketing strategies for local and international clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for digital marketing, web development, e-commerce and software solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored digital solutions based on client needs
  • Promote and demonstrate our SaaS platforms, iatrico and Managearo
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and CRM system
  • Develop strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities
  • Follow up leads and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery
  • Attend networking events, business meetings and industry exhibitions
  • Work closely with the marketing and production teams to align growth strategies
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital technologies and market opportunities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, account management or B2B sales
  • Experience in digital marketing, technology, SaaS or web solutions will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Valid driving license

Preferred Skills (a plus)
  • Experience with SaaS sales and demos
  • Understanding of web technologies, e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Existing professional network in Cyprus
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
