ANTI-BULLYING & RESPECTFUL WORKPLACE POLICY

1. Introduction

Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Constructive feedback, performance management, or legitimate business decisions carried out professionally do not constitute bullying.
4. Reporting Concerns
Any employee, contractor, or collaborator who experiences or witnesses bullying is encouraged to report the matter promptly.
Concerns may be reported to:
- A direct manager or supervisor.
- Company management.
- The designated HR representative (where applicable).
Reports will be treated seriously and investigated fairly.
5. Investigation Process
Upon receiving a complaint:
- The report will be acknowledged as soon as reasonably possible.
- An impartial review will be conducted.
- Relevant parties may be interviewed.
- Appropriate action will be taken where misconduct is identified.
Corrective actions may include coaching, mediation, formal warnings, suspension of collaboration, or termination of employment or contractual relationships where necessary.
6. Confidentiality
LightBlack will handle all reports with the highest possible level of confidentiality.
Information will only be shared with individuals directly involved in resolving the matter and where required by law.
7. Protection Against Retaliation
No individual will suffer retaliation for:
- Reporting a concern in good faith.
- Participating in an investigation.
- Supporting another individual making a report.
Retaliation itself constitutes a serious breach of this policy.
