Project Manager (Digital Projects & SaaS Products)

We are a fast-growing company building custom web applications and innovative SaaS products. Our solutions are powered by modern technologies like Symfony and Node.js, but our success is driven by strong project management, clear communication, and an obsession with delivering value to our clients.

We’re not just looking for someone with software experience—we want a skilled organizer and communicator who can manage complexity, drive outcomes, and serve as the critical bridge between clients, analysts, and developers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of both client projects and in-house products. Whether you come from construction, engineering, manufacturing, or another field—you’ll be managing timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered successfully from kickoff to completion.

You will not need to write code—but you will need to keep everyone aligned, ensure customer expectations are met, and manage the overall success of each project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Translate client needs into structured project plans, in collaboration with analysts and developers
  • Prepare and present quotes to clients based on internal estimates
  • Track project financials, costs, and progress against agreed milestones
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients, analysts, and developers
  • Identify risks and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
  • Apply project management best practices—Agile or traditional—based on what fits the project

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of project management experience in any industry (engineering, manufacturing, construction, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience working with clients, managing budgets, and coordinating internal teams
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Excel, project tracking software (e.g., Trello, JIRA), or willingness to learn
  • Experience with web applications or digital projects is a plus—but not required

We offer

  • Work with top-tier local and international clients
  • Competitive salary based on skills and experience
  • Training programs and professional certifications
  • Flexible working hours
  • Half-day Fridays during July and August
  • 21 days paid annual leave
  • 20 days paid sick leave
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave
  • Provident Fund Scheme
  • Team-building and recreational activities
  • Endless coffee to keep you going
Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
