If something goes wrong with your site, you’ll have priority support to fix it as soon as possible. These plans also allow you to ask us to make small changes to your site. We know how busy you can be. This is great if you need us to update your images, or publish your blog post, or add a new feature. We can even arrange a custom plan for you to fit your needs.

To keep your website improving we have designed three key plans. The plans specifically address the monthly tasks required to keep your site up to date and ahead of the rest. You don’t have to do much.


No, this is an addon service for existing customers.

Like a gym membership, the time is there for you to use the gym, or in this case, our services, as much as you require, within the terms and conditions of your plan. The plans therefore do not roll over, however, have peace of mind that we will always make time for you and your needs, and we understand that some months you may need us more than others. We design the plans to be as flexible as possible.

We’ve got it covered – that’s the whole purpose of these plans. We will know about the issue (most of the time) before you do, and if possible we will have it all sorted before you even notice. While we cannot 100% guarantee your website will not be hacked, we can promise to sort the mess out before it affects your business, including restoration of your site thanks to our regular back-ups.

We don’t place limits of what we can do for you, because we are constantly striving to provide more for our clients. The most common requests however, include small design changes, text changes, content updates, and anything else you can thing of in terms of updates you’d like to see aside from new features and pages – these may incur extra costs due to time spent on these elements.

Between the entire LightBlack Support team, we are online pretty much 24/7 to receive your request. We provide support during working hours 8:30 – 17:30 so email is our fastest way of communication and it’s also the easiest to track. You can use our support portal or give us a call. If you’re wanting to chat face to face and perhaps have a brainstorm session about upgrading or updating your site, we love a good Teams session with our clients. We can use this time to screen-share and even run through training modules.

While every project will be assessed differently, if your requirements are well outside the scope of your plan, we will submit a quote to you for the projected work. Once we have agreed on the quote then we will commence the work for you.
